About the project
The employer branding film project “Being part of it” addresses the challenges of personnel management and marketing, especially against the backdrop of the shortage of specialists and managers. The recruiting film, developed for the Peter Lacke company, uses authentic employee experiences to paint a credible and engaging picture of the company. By including employees in the interviews, we were able to highlight real perspectives and unique aspects of working life at Peter Lacke.
The film concept placed particular emphasis on atmospheric staging of employee statements, further enriched by the use of company-specific accessories and lighting in the corporate colors – red, white and anthracite. In addition, we were presented the employees in different professional environments to paint a comprehensive picture of the working environment.
